End of Microsoft Internet Explorer Support:
Effective June 15, 2022, Microsoft has retired and discontinued support for the Internet Explorer (IE) browser.
The reason is that Internet Explorer has been replaced by Microsoft Edge as Microsoft’s primary internet browser, and IE has not been receiving regular system updates. Since IE is no longer undergoing regular maintenance or security upgrades, your computer may be at risk for potential viruses and other security threats that could expose your information to fraudsters when you use Online Banking on IE.
As a result, we recommend all our valued Open Bank clients, prepare for the discontinuation by starting to use or installing an alternate browser prior to the end of support.
If you are currently using IE to access our Online Banking site, we recommend you start using an alternate browser as soon as possible.
If you do not have another browser, please download one of the following browsers for continued access to our Online Banking Services:

- MICROSOFT EDGE - Download Microsoft Edge Web Browser | Microsoft
- MOZILLA FIREFOX - Download Firefox Browser — Fast, Private & Free — from Mozilla
If you are currently using another browser other than IE, there is nothing else you need to do.
This change will not impact your use of Mobile Banking.
