On January 26, 2015 we introduced a new online banking system called Open Online [ Open Online Demo ]

New Features include:

  • Mobility, smart phone access to online banking.

Steps to login :

For Existing Users

Step 1: Login from www.myopenbank.com.
Step 2: Input your current Access ID (User ID) in lowercase.
Step 3: In the password field, input the last four digits of your SSN or Tax ID.
Step 4: Accept the new terms & conditions.
Step 5: Create a new password, set up your security challenge questions and answers, and enroll in eStatements if you have not done so already.

For New Users

Step 1: Login from www.myopenbank.com.
Step 2: Click the First Time User Enrollment Link.

Step 3: Complete the information for First Time User Authentication.

Step 4: Create a new Access ID (formerly known as User ID) and password.

Step 5: Input a valid e-mail address. Complete the challenge questions and answers. If it is a Personal computer you can register it, otherwise select Public computer.

Step 6: Select which accounts you would like to receive eStatements. Click and read the Electronic Statement Disclosure to input the Confirmation Code.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

When will Online Banking be changing?
Open Bank changed the online banking system to Open Online on January 26th, 2015.

Why is my Online Banking service changing?
We want to provide our clients with an easy to navigate and user friendly landing page with more features. We are separating our consumer clients from our business clients to offer features more appropriate to each client base.

How will I log in to the new Open Online?
The steps listed above shows you how to log-in to the new online system.

You will also be prompted to:
1. Change your Online Banking password
2. Agree to the Open Online Banking agreement
3. Confirm or provide your e-mail address
4. Set up your challenge questions (a.k.a. multi-factor authentication/MFA questions) for security purposes.

What are the password requirements?

· 8 to 16 characters
· Combination of numbers, letters, and special characters containing at least one alpha and one numeric character
· Passwords are case-sensitive
· Cannot contain your SSN or Account Number
· Cannot contain your User ID or E-mail Address
· Cannot be any of your previous 3 passwords

I am an existing user, how come it will not let me log in?
If you did not log in to your online banking for more than 3 months, your log in information was not converted over. Follow the steps for New User Enrollment listed above to access online banking.

How can I enroll if I don’t have an email address?
You must provide a valid email address so you can receive important alerts for your account, as well as access to the password reset tool.

How can I enroll if I don’t have a Social Security Number?
You can use the identification you used when you opened your account with Open Bank, such as, your passport number.

Will there be changes to the Bill Pay service?
No, bill pay services remain with CheckFree.

Will there be changes to the eStatement service?
No, you will still have online access to your eStatements. If you have not enrolled in electronic statements, the system will prompt you to register. The service is free with 24 months of history.

What will happen to the Account Alerts that I previously set up?
Alerts are not transferred from the old system to the new one. You will need to reestablish your desired Alerts in the online system.

Will I lose my transaction history that is presently available in Internet Banking?
The transactions you are able to view in our current system will be transferred to the new system. The history is 18 months with access to past images.

What will happen to scheduled transfers?
Unfortunately, existing scheduled transfers are not converted to the new system. This means you will need to reestablish any internet banking automatic transfers to the new system.

Can I deposit checks from my smart phone?
Yes. Mobile capture is available. You can deposit checks directly into your eligible account.

What web browsers will work with the Open Online Banking System?
Online Banking is designed for the following browsers. Using other browsers may cause the webpage to appear misaligned and prevent access to Online Banking. It is highly recommended that the most current browser version be used to access Online Banking.
